How inspiring!! Leo, I love zenhabits and following your training blog. It gives me so much positive energy throughout the day. I appreciate all your posts, they are truly a huge inspiration and have been getting me through all those "Monday's at the office" with a smile. I've even started recording my fitness/nutrition goals on Fitday again. Just wanted to say a big thanks and keep up the amazing progress !!

Hi leo. glad to see you are going great with your workout. I am personally doing only weights now. I will start my running, after I get my report from my doctor as I had knee problems before. So I would like to know how much I can run without hurting myself. I know I can run, as was quite athletic during my highschool years and participated in many sports inthe highest level untill I hurt my knee. So I want to take it easy. Even though there is no visible pain or discomfort.

I also getting nike tracker the one you can hook up with your ipod and tracks the distance you run. So it should help me stay motivated.

If all goes well I might go for a mini-marathon here in NY at the end of this year.

cheers,
pavs
