Leo,

It isn't too surprising that you would be starting to feel fuller on less food. All of the food you are eating is high in fiber which will make you feel much fuller than other food with less fiber.

Looks like you are both doing well.
Despite lack of getting here for accountability, just thinking about coming here and checking in has kept me doing much better. Its been a good week for eating and exercising for me too.
Looks like the *health club* is working!

@dokidok: Hmmm, not sure what the answer might be. What is your height and age and gender? A few suggestions:

1. Continue to log for a week or two. You might get a better idea with more information.

2. You might be underestimating your portions ... most of us think that a serving is way bigger than it should be. If this might be the case, consider weighing your food or using measuring cups/spoons to get a more accurate reading.

3. I've never experienced this personally, but I've read a lot of people who say that eating too little calories puts you in starvation mode. Are you male? If so, eating less than 1500 calories in a day is considered too little ... in starvation mode, your metabolism supposedly slows down so that you don't lose weight. Now, I don't know if that's the case but it's something to look into.

I'm not an expert, however. If none of these suggestions help, you might talk to someone who is.

I decided to try fitday after you pointed it out.
According to fitday with my age, weight and lifestyle I burn around 3000 calories, which is way to much. I adjusted my lifestyle, and the age later on (after I read your post for how you adjusted it), and now it shows 2278 calories burned (more accurate) and 1447 calories eaten for April 10/2008. I eat almost the same as before I haven't had any changes in my weight for 3-4 years. How is that possible? I mean, I made an account with calorie-counter.com plus. This is the calculation they gave me if I want to loose 15lbs until December 2008:
Calories needed for goal weight. You should consume about 2275 calories a day to reach your goal weight of 165 lbs by December 30, 2008. How is that possible. It looks so difficult to eat more than 2000 calories everyday. Calories-counter tells me to eat 2275 in order to loose weight. I eat this calories or less for years and I haven't changed my weight. Where is my mistake. I know I eat too much fatty food, but the calories I eat are not that much.
This is my fitday log: http://fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJournals.html?Owner=dokidok
I made an account with thedailyplate too.
